The Japanese aren’t instantly known for their whisky, but over the last few years their rise to the top has been so lofty, that there is now officially a 10 year worldwide shortage. A prized multi-award winning single malt from the ever popular Suntory distillery, the Yamazaki 12 year old whisky is when the Japanese get serious. Aged in Sherry and Japanese oak casks, it is delicate and elegant with plenty of fruit aromas. Enjoy with a splash of mineral water to really open up this single malt whisky.
Distilled, aged, and bottled in the world’s most awarded distillery, Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is their flagship bourbon, made from only the finest corn, rye, and barley malt, with each barrel being personally tasted by the Master Distiller ensuring consistency and quality time and time again. Aged for at least eight years in new oak barrels inside warehouses over 100 years old, Buffalo Trace is worth the wait for it’s rich and complex taste with hints of vanilla, toffee and candies fruit. Buffalo Trace has a long history, over 200 years in fact, of brewing up their liquid nectar and it’s one of the best bourbons for the money.
